Hello and welcome to my coverage of the top Blades of Khorne lists currently on the tournament scene for Warhammer Age of Sigmar. I’ve collated, compared and contrasted these lists so that you at home can see what are the most common units and list designs for Blades of Khorne (as at 3 April 2020).
7. Try to learn what the playstyle of the army is like and how it feels on the tabletop. I understand that age of Sigmar’s rules have changed recently but I would really appreciate to know what people’s thoughts are on the subject. Warhammer can be an expensive hobby so I don’t want to waste money on an army that either isn’t fun to play or is just down right terrible :)
Gutbusters (Ogors) are all high point, high wound models. With their Mournfangs, Lead belchers, and Ironguts, you can make a well-rounded army. Even ally in a monster from Beastclaw Raiders. Stormcast Extremis chamber employs lots of Drakoth Riders, and supported by bows as your battleline, can be effective.

These armies are what that quote is about. See they all fundamentally don’t play age of sigmar. Where the best “you should buy these armies” do. So when we’re in a situation where the core rules get buffed, Armies like these get nerfed. Especially bone reapers here in third. These armies don’t play the game like everyone else does.

Trolls and some of the Goblin units are good, but spiders are really weak and they're also in dire need of their 3rd edition book. Still, a really fun army that people love to play. Orruks are also a very popular army, and for good reason. Ironjawz are probably the best beginner army in the game.

Maybe they’ll get more attention in 2023. The three armies that took the biggest hit to their win rates were as follows: Idoneth Deepkin -9%. Sons of Behemat -8%. Kruleboyz -8%. However, two of those armies are still in that 45-55% sweet spot while the Kruleboyz continue to languish at the bottom of the barrel. s4UY.
